If on receipt of the watches from suprawinz.ca you are not happy with them, you have thirty days in which to return them. At suprawinz.ca, we do not offer watch exchanges, but we can issue a shop voucher for use in future purchases of our watches.

We offer a no-quibble return policy for our watches. To benefit from our return policy, you need to observe specific stipulations. The cost of any returns is the customers.

Returning Watches From suprawinz.ca

  • The watches must be unworn and not damaged in any way.
  • The watches must be returned within 30 days.
  • The returned watches need to be in the same packaging & boxes they were delivered in.
  • The watches’ warranty forms are not filled in.
  • You have contacted our customer care department to inform them of the return.

Please contact the suprawinz.ca customer service team by email within 30 days if you notice the watch is damaged. We will need the order number you received in your confirmation email, along with the product code or SKU number. After return and examination, we will refund your purchase costs.

Return Process Of Watches From suprawinz.ca

Our customer service team will issue a pre-paid return label for you to print off on receipt of a return email. Please note that if this is an undamaged return, the cost of the return postage will be on the customer, the amount taken from the money refunded. Refunds are processed within 36 hours and made to the same payment option you used for purchasing the watches. Our customer support team will send an email before issuing the refund with all the details documented. If you selected to have a store voucher, we would include this in the email.
